this article is trying to make a better way to keep others save. for an example some adults live on their own but they have a pet , in emergency (someone breaks in) and hurts the owner and they cant get to the phone , the dog can call 911 . then the dog can try to attack but that may not always work

DOGGY DNA TEST??? they can track the dog poop you did not pick up... your dog was the father and there are expenses resulting from that.... on and on it goes.... maybe court ordered pooch DNA tests - maybe too far!
