This is something that is widely done in other countries but for some reason this is not done in the US. The CEO of Solar Wolf Energy even pitched this idea to lawmakers to use the Quabbin Reservoir as a potential sight for a floating solar farm. We need to be following suit with other countries and embrace "floatovoltaics".
